Matta Rice

Matta rice, also known as Red rice, is a one-year-old variety with a distinct reddish-brown color and a nutty flavor. It is known for its firm texture, making it a staple in South Indian cuisine, particularly in Kerala. Matta rice is 100% clean with minimal discoloration and damage, ensuring high quality.

Different broken percentage can be offered from 5% up to 100%, as per customer’s requirement. Specifications would be changed accordingly as the broken percentage changes.

• 50% advance through T/T and balance 50% at the time of fax copy of B/L.
